The United States Government must:
Adhere to Constitutional principles as written
Represent American Citizens and their interests
Limited in size and power
Be Honest and Transparent with voters
Be Efficient
Be Effective with the limited services it provides
Position on Issues
Election Laws
Corruption is the number one problem and threat to the people of the United States and our government. Foreign influence and corporate money used to influence elections rob Americans of the power of their individual vote. Career politicians and elected federal officials are openly corrupt, showing contempt for the hardworking and honest citizens.
Prolife
Abortion is murder. Murder is a state crime under the U.S. Constitution, not a federal issue. The federal government should not be involved in the debate over abortion. Abortion was only able to become a national issue because of the dictates of the Supreme Court. These dictates violated every legal principle; legislative history, the doctrine of ordinary meaning, English common law, and stare decisis. The “right to abortion” was fabricated out of thin air and has no constitutional basis.
Pro Second Amendment
The right to keep and bear arms is absolute. Repeal the National Firearms Act. Reform or eliminate the ATF.
Merit based Immigration
The immigration system is broken and must be completely replaced. Immigration enforcement cannot be based on the whims of a President. Until the laws are severely reformed or replaced, immigration should be paused.
Free Market and International Trade
Without vigilance, free-market systems devolve into oligarchy and monopoly. Large corporations hold too much influence on our election system. Small businesses are crushed by local, state, and federal regulations.
Free trade should be fair trade.
Foreign Policy and Humanitarianism
Our foreign policy should put the interest of American citizens first. The U.S. Government should not recognize any authority above it.
The U.S. Government should avoid being involved in the politics of foreign governments. Authorizations for the President of the United States to use military force need to be reformed to fit modern technological and military realities.
The United States is not a world humanitarian enterprise. It serves the people of the United States. Other world leaders, authoritarian or otherwise, are responsible for the welfare of their own people. The U.S. Government should assist in preventing and responding to humanitarian disasters on a limited basis. Foreign governments should reimburse the United States Government for responses above an initial response.
National Defense is the foundational responsibility of the United States Government. The U.S. Military should be the best trained and equipped military force in the world.
Domestic Policy
A representative government is the best form of government. It is critical that the US Government is honest with its citizens.
Foreign influence should be banned from any part of our election system. Only citizens should be allowed to vote. The influence of corporations and nonprofit organizations into elections should be banned. Foreign lobbyists should be banned. Most nonprofit organizations should not be tax exempt, and nonprofit organizations should never be funded by the government.
The federal election rules need to be reformed to eliminate the corrupting influence of money. Every citizen’s vote should be equal, regardless of how much wealth they have accumulated.
Federal regulatory agencies should be stripped of all criminal penalties, and most should be eliminated altogether. Congress must take accountability and responsibility for governing through the legislative process.
